关于学生宿舍13-17栋外墙植物修剪的通知

各位老师、同学：
由于学生宿舍13-17栋外墙植物生长旺盛，影响景观效果，且存在安全隐患，为了防止外墙植物对过往师生产生的安全隐患、拟安排专业人员开展修剪工作，总务部拟于2025年1月15日、16日、17日（见下表）安排高空作业人员于该区域进行修剪及做相关防护措施，以消除安全隐患。 
清理作业期间将临时对学生宿舍13-17栋东西两侧路段封闭，将影响通行，作业区域将进行围蔽，请勿在修剪作业现场逗留，作业区域请勿停放车辆。造成不便之处，敬请谅解。

Notice on Plant Trimming on the Exterior Walls of
Student Dormitories Blocks 13-17

Dear all,
Due to the vigorous growth of plants on the exterior walls of student dormitories Blocks 13-17, which not only affects the landscape but also poses safety hazards, the General Affairs Office will arrange plant trimming on January 15, 16, and 17, 2025. The work will be performed by professional personnel, and appropriate protective measures will be implemented. Please see below for detailed arrangements.
During the trimming operations, temporary road closures will be enforced in the specified areas, which will affect passage. The work zones will be cordoned off. We kindly ask you not to linger in the trimming areas and to refrain from parking vehicles within the work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
